What are sessions like?

  • Relax in our clean, positive environment with no distractions in the music learning & sound therapy room. It's all about you & supporting your highest level of self-development.
  • Ear-first learning: intervals, chords, and melodies learned by listening, not just reading.
  • Meditative practice: frequent breathing awareness and focus check-ins to calm nerves and deepen learning. (highly recommeded for soothing anxiety & becoming an independant, confident presenter/ performer).
  • De-Stress Sessions: Life is busy.  Sometimes we don't know when or how to stop & rest.  Samantha is a natural therapist, with a complimentary therapy & music performance background.  These sessions can just be about having a supported space to relax, bathe in calming sounds & using breathwork & facilitated meditation (where desired) from head to toe to find your way back to inner calm.
  • Vocal coaching: gentle exercises to improve tone, pitch, and projection for speaking and singing.
  • Performance confidence: guided run-throughs that combine ear skills and mindfulness so you feel ready on stage or in front of others.
